Our Pedal Flower Windproof Jacket offers cool weather protection. Featuring a Wind Shield fabric on the chest, shoulders and arms for superior wind protection and a raised collar to keep drafts out. Winter fleece breathable fabric on the back panel provides warmth and allows excess body heat and moisture to escape. Ideal for cool & windy conditions or add a base layer for extra warmth.
